Oro-Medonte residents are invited to lace up for a free night of skating with the township's mayor and the rest of council.
The event, which takes place Dec. 20, includes free hot chocolate as well as draws for a Horseshoe Valley Ski Resort season pass and a Pine Ridge Ski Club family day pass.
Admission is free, but participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item or an unwrapped toy for donation to the Christmas Cheer Drive Program.
The event runs between 6 p.m and 8 p.m. at the Oro-Medonte Community Centre Arena, located at Line 4 and Hwy. 11.
